There are three volunteer roles for registration. You will be asked to do one of the following.
- Greeters/traffic directors to direct people to the registration area from various locations on the property. Keep smilling, keep shining—keep people moving!
- Line directors serve right by the registration desk, guiding guests to the correct registration line, and answering questions as they wait to register.
- Registration counter staff—smiling faces behind the desk who give name tags and materials to each conferee.
Primary job is to help people find seats and assist people as needed before and during the plenary sessions. You will also assist with collecting any misplaced items after the sessions.
Registrants will not miss meals nor any of the plenary sessions.

Interested in volunteering with the prayer team? Mica Battle is coordinating this team. You would be committing to be available during the conference to pray with other staff as they express needs. Help During Meals
Help direct catering lines, communicate with hotel staff when food is getting low, and help those with dietary restrictions receive their proper meal.
Online Chat During Workshops
Attend your selected breakout session but oversee the virtual chat and be their voice when questions or comments come up.
Load-in and Load-out
Manual labor, moving boxes, heavy crates, and equipment from the loading dock to and from the main ballroom and exhibit halls. Must be in good physical condition. Wear appropriate closed-toe shoes.
